Customer service will reply you by email in 24 hours.After your application is reviewed,you become authorized Adela retailer.

After your application has been reviewed,we will set up your retailer account and send you the pricelists files. With the retailer account ,you will see price of each product and place order directly online.

We have two seasons a year,Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter.

For authorized Adela retailers,we have no MOQ required for dresses,for some accessories,the MOQ is 3 pcs.

Our products are only sold to authorized Adela retailers.

Yes, please use your customer’s shipping address to place the order.

We don’t send free sample dresses, Each retailer has a $100 trial order fee,when your total order amount is over $3000,we refund the $100 trial order fee.

Yes, changes cost extra money. Please check the additional fees with the customer service.

Wedding dresses takes 25-30 days to make. Rush order takes 12-15 days to make with extra rush fee.

Other gowns takes 15-20 days to make. Rush order takes 7-10 days to make with extra rush fee.

Accessories takes 3-5 days to process.

Special changed styles may take longer time to make.

Shipping takes 2-10 days.

No, to some countries, there might be customs tax, it should be paid by recipient.

We carry sizes US2 through US26W, however each dress style’s sizes vary. Dresses also can be made in custom measurements.

Digital swatches for each of our dresses can be found on our website.Or you can ask for photos of full fabric color charts from the customer service. For a physical swatch, please contact customer service.

We suggest calling the store ahead of time. Remember that you’ll most likely get your gown re-sized to fit you perfectly!

Photo policies vary across authorized Adela retailers. We suggest calling your local retailer in advance and checking on their photo policy!

Some of our authorized Adela retailers are available online. If you know the name of the online retailer you want to purchase a Adela dress from, please share the website name with us. We’ll be happy to verify whether or they are an authorized Adela retailer.

Our dresses can be purchased at a wide variety of prices which are at the discretion of each authorized retailer. Since we do not sell directly to individuals, we recommend contacting an authorized Adela retailer near you. They will be happy to assist you with ordering information and any other questions you may have.

Since each authorized retailer varies in their rules for exchanging or returning a dress, please contact your local retailer to find out their specific return policy.

We do recommend booking an appointment so the talented in-store stylist can focus solely on you and help you find your perfect gown that matches your ideal budget.

We understand every bride has a different timeline. Our recommendation is to book your dress appointment at least six months prior to your event. Please check with your authorized Adela retailer closest to you.

We suggest reaching out to your authorized Adela retailer to confirm what you may bring to your appointment. Some items include bringing your own nude or white undergarments, such as a strapless bra, underwear, and/or shapewear. Shoes at your desired height, and a hair tie are all also highly recommended. You’re also welcome to bring along a trusted second opinion, like a friend or family member!

We recommend shopping with the people whose opinions you value the most. Please contact your local authorized Adela retailer to confirm if there are any party size restrictions before inviting friends, family or even your wedding planner.

Each authorized retailer slightly varies; please contact your nearest Adela retailer. Your in-store stylist will guide you through the process of selecting your favorite styles, provide sizing advice, reserve requested samples (when available), and help accessorize your perfect wedding day look.

You can visit an authorized Adela retailer and try on our dresses whenever you’d like! Most Adela brides choose their dress six months before the ceremony. We like to say “the sooner the better,” as it alleviates the stress and rush, and provides ample time for fittings and alterations. Please check with your local retailer.

Adela dresses run between sizes US2-26W. Check an individual dress page for that dress’s specific sizing options. Color options depend on the style and fabric used in making the dress. Please see your dress style’s individual page to peruse your option.
